If you continue into membership, the $695 assessment fee is credited toward your first membership payment.
Why this comes first
You should not join a membership before the clinical picture is clear.
The assessment helps us understand what guides your care today and what to follow over time. Some patients continue into membership. Some leave with a plan and return later. Either outcome is acceptable.
What it includes
Two visits. One individual picture.
Included with the $695 Baseline Assessment
Carefully selected testing.
We use carefully selected testing to build an understanding of your individual health and physiology. Some findings guide care today; others establish a baseline that helps us interpret changes over time. We consider results alongside your history, symptoms, goals, and the best available evidence to guide thoughtful, personalized care.

This is the cleanest first step if you want clarity before committing to a membership.
